This highly successful organisation based in Rydalmere is continuing to enjoy significant growth and is considered a reputable leader in their field.

They currently have a need for a proactive, experienced and professional Logistics Administrator to support a busy and high-volume warehouse environment.

The primary focus of this role will be to manage the daily administrative and operations of the warehouse.

Within this role your specific responsibilities will also include, however not be limited to:

  • Manifests are printed and emailed each day.
  • Main point of contact for track and trace & customer service enquiries
  • Sorting, scanning, booking transport, data entry
  • Managing authority for returns and goods returns
  • Organising daily distribution schedule- releasing orders, sorting labels
  • Creating manifests and labelling linehaul freight correctly
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders – freight forwarders, customer service, purchasing and production
  • Booking pickups both online and via phone
  • Exporting – weigh and measure, organise transport, labelling
  • Preparation and coding of transport invoices for payment
  • Any adhoc duties as required
