I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a respected and growing Civil Engineering company, who is looking for a Landscape Team Leader to join their dynamic team. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Manage a Small Team: Oversee a team of landscapers, ensuring clear communication, strong team cohesion, and high standards of work.
• Daily Toolbox Meetings: Run daily toolbox talks to set the tone for the day and ensure everyone is aligned on tasks and safety.
• Site Management: Supervise landscape preparation, installations, and ongoing maintenance of developments, ensuring quality and efficiency on each project.
• Machinery & Equipment Oversight: Manage the use and maintenance of machinery, ensuring everything is running smoothly and safely.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled while maintaining quality.
• Safety First: Uphold high WHS standards, ensuring a safe working environment for the team at all times.
• Occasional Saturday Work: There may be occasional Saturday work, but don’t worry—advance notice will be provided, and your day will finish by midday. Overtime pay is provided!

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team, with experience in guiding and mentoring staff.
• Landscaping Knowledge: A strong background in landscape preparation, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading meetings and ensuring that tasks are communicated clearly and effectively.
• WHS-Focused: A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and following best practices in health and safety.
• Organised and Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of a project at once.
