This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a small to medium-sized plumbing business and is looking to move into a more administrative role, with the flexibility to work from home after the initial training period. Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing for completed jobs, ensuring accuracy with materials used, time spent, and rates charged
- Communicating with site supervisors and plumbers for job clarifications and details
- Preparing invoices that are awaiting additional information
- Issuing service reports, customer reports, and updating customer portals
- Writing clear, professional plumber notes to accompany invoices
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced plumber with 10+ years in the field
- Previous experience with invoicing – including parts, rates, and time spent on jobs
- Comfortable with IT systems (experience with Simpro a bonus, but we’re happy to train!)
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- A friendly, team-oriented personality with a can-do attitude!
