Business Manager – Medical Industry

Are you an experienced Business Manager with a background in the medical field? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a cutting-edge healthcare facility on the Northern Beaches, working closely with the Group CEO.
About the Role This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, with a strong focus on people management, financial oversight, and business strategy. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, support staff, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Practice Managers and administration teams
• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and rostering
• Manage financials, including P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operations and patient care
• Work closely with key stakeholders to drive growth and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Business Manager or Practice Manager within the medical sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A commercial mindset with financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
• The ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional communication skills
