What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing helpful, friendly service.
- Support Sales Team: Assist with processing orders, quotes, and product inquiries, ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfilment.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients, offering ongoing support and solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and admin teams to ensure customer orders are handled efficiently.
- Solve Problems: Address customer concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Customer-Focused: You enjoy helping people and delivering great service, whether over the phone or in person.
- Organised & Efficient: You can multitask, prioritise, and keep things running smoothly, even when things get busy.
- Keen to Learn: You're enthusiastic about growing your skills and progressing in sales and customer service.
- Team Player: You work well with others, contributing to a positive, supportive work culture.
- Experience: While experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, we’re more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.
