Are you a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Junior Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join this global team! What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing helpful, friendly service.
• Support Sales Team: Assist with processing orders, quotes, and product inquiries, ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfilment.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients, offering ongoing support and solutions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and admin teams to ensure customer orders are handled efficiently.
• Solve Problems: Address customer concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
